The standard timeframe for cleaning your dress is 4-6 weeks. However, please note that it may be ready either earlier or later than this estimated period. We will ensure to keep you informed about its status during the process.

Your wedding dress will receive a thorough inspection before the cleaning process begins. If any issues or discrepancies are discovered, we will contact you promptly. Additionally, if any extra services or repairs are necessary, you will be informed and required to pay for these charges in advance. Please note that this may extend the overall service time.

If  both parties, for whatever reason, decide to not go ahead with the cleaning process, the customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipment.

Wedding dresses are delicate and can be unpredictable. While we strive to provide the best cleaning service possible, we cannot guarantee that all stains will be completely removed. Additionally, please be aware that some stains may become visible after the cleaning process, even if they were not initially apparent. We will do our upmost to remove all stains and we always treat your wedding dress with care and attention.

Cleaning is at the customers own risk. Although these things rarely happen, we cannot guarantee that the following won't happen during the cleaning process: Fading, shrinking, loosening of embellishments

We reserve the right to decline cleaning any dress that we believe may not be appropriate for us to handle. Your understanding in this matter is appreciated.
